I'm Barbara Arnst, nice to meet you!

About Me

I am a transformation leader and lifelong learner, with a 25+ year long career spanning both the business and academic worlds.  Today, I serve as VP at Telenet, leading the company’s Agile Transformation. Previously I was a Principal at Bain & Company, a Partner at PE firm Gimv and COO at Groupon, an internet scale-up.  

I am passionate about making organizations become more adaptive, effective, and meaningful places to work.  I collaborate with leaders to reimagine their company's operating models and make deliberate choices about to sparkle and sustain change.

Next to my corporate roles, I studied management research on the topic of Self-Managing Organizations, I hold an MBA degree from INSEAD and graduated as a Sinologist from KU Leuven. I am excited to continue to enlarge my impact and explore the topic of deep organizational transformation through Speaking, Advisory and Board engagements.  

I live in Antwerp, where you can often find me out running (or walking a very charming golden retriever).
